At Fishmonger London, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable, and hygienic delivery of premium seafood to your home, restaurant, or business. Whether you’re a household ordering for dinner or a chef preparing for service, our logistics are designed to serve you daily with efficiency and care.

🚚 Where We Deliver

For Wholesalers:

We currently deliver across Greater London, including Central, North, South, East, and West London.

If you are located outside Greater London and would like to arrange delivery, please contact us directly at iqro@fishmongerlondon.co.uk to discuss bespoke arrangements.

For Retailers:

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, with the following exceptions:
❌ Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Islands north of Falkirk.

If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for delivery, feel free to contact us before ordering.

🗓️ Delivery Schedule & Cut-off Times

For Wholesalers:

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10 PM (night) are eligible for next-day delivery.
• Same-Day Processing: All orders are packed and prepared fresh on the day of dispatch.
• Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
• Delivery Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• No Deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays

For Retailers:

We offer delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by retail customers.

• Friday orders are dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday after bank holidays), unless Saturday delivery is selected.
• Weekend orders (Friday 12 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Home Deliveries

Perfect for families, individuals, or small events.
Available in eco-friendly chilled packaging to maintain freshness.

2. Business & Wholesale Deliveries

Tailored solutions for restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, and offices.
Includes full invoices, repeat ordering support, and early morning drop-offs.

💳 Delivery Charges

Note 1: All deliveries require a minimum spend of £25.

Note 2: Delivery charges are applied at checkout automatically.

🧊 Packaging & Temperature Control

• All seafood is packaged in refrigerated or insulated containers with food-grade ice packs.
• Products are handled in HACCP-compliant conditions for hygiene and quality assurance.
• We offer both fresh and frozen options depending on availability and preference.

📦 Missed Delivery & Redelivery Policy

We cannot take responsibility for:

• Orders not signed for
• Parcels left unattended as per delivery instructions
• Orders returned or requiring re-delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address

📬 No One Home? Special Instructions

If you know you won’t be available to sign for your delivery, please leave detailed instructions in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout.

The courier will follow your instruction (e.g., “leave in porch” or “with neighbor”), but Fishmonger London is not liable for any loss or spoilage resulting from unattended deliveries.

❄️ Storage Recommendations

• Fresh Seafood: Store in a refrigerator and consume within 1–2 days.
• Frozen Seafood: Store in a freezer at -18°C. Follow thawing guidelines for best results.

• 📍 Mainland UK delivery only (exclusions listed above)
• 📝 Leave delivery notes at checkout to guide the courier
• 📦 Order before 12 PM (noon) for next working day dispatch (For retail orders)
