Where do you source your seafood from?

We source our seafood directly from UK coastal ports, reputable fisheries, and certified international suppliers. All products meet the highest standards of freshness and sustainability.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, we provide next-day delivery across Greater London for all orders placed before 10 PM. This applies to both fresh and frozen items.

Do you deliver to residential addresses?

Absolutely. We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses across London. Whether you’re ordering for your home kitchen or your restaurant, we’ve got you covered.

How is your seafood packaged?

Our seafood is carefully packed in chilled or insulated containers with food-grade ice packs to maintain freshness and temperature throughout delivery.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We do not currently offer deliveries on Sundays or UK public holidays.

What are the delivery charges?

-> Orders under £250: £7.50 delivery fee

-> Wholesale clients: Free delivery (minimum order applies)

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive a digital invoice via email after your purchase. Wholesale clients receive detailed VAT invoices and options for repeat orders.

Do you offer wholesale supply?

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you’re not available to receive your order:

1. Our driver will call you.
2. If unreachable, the order is returned to our depot.
3. Redelivery may incur an extra charge.

Do you ship outside London or UK-wide?

Currently, we focus on Greater London. For large or special orders outside this area, please contact us directly at iqro@fishmongerlondon.co.uk.

Can I return or exchange seafood products?

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, contact us within 12 hours of delivery for a resolution.
