We offer a wide range of fresh and frozen seafood, including shellfish, whole fish, fillets, and specialty items. While we strive to maintain updated stock levels, all products are subject to availability. Seasonal fluctuations and supply chain factors may affect availability without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order via approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other listed options).
- Wholesale clients may be eligible for agreed terms and invoicing upon prior approval.
4. Minimum Orders
- Wholesale Orders: Minimum order value and quantity apply. Please contact us for B2B pricing and terms.
- Retail Orders: No minimum required. Available via our website.
5. Delivery Policy
- We offer next-day delivery across Greater London for wholesale customers.
- Orders must be placed by 10:00 PM for next-day service.
- Free delivery for wholesale customers. For retail customers, standard delivery charges apply depending on order value and location. Please see the details on our dedicated delivery information page.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery at the scheduled time.
6. Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in providing the freshest seafood, packed and delivered with care. If you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery, including photos and details.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours after placing the order, unless already processed.
- Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not offer returns, but we will consider refunds or replacements for verified quality issues.
- All refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Wholesale Trading Terms
For businesses (restaurants, hotels, caterers, etc.):
- Custom pricing and delivery schedules available.
- Credit terms are available upon request, subject to approval.
- Late payments may incur interest or service charges in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. All content (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Fishmonger London and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
